Atta Festival is partnering up with 3 cultural organisations from Ukraine and Europe with the support of Tandem program.

Tandem is a cultural collaboration program that strengthens civil society in Europe and neighbouring regions. Since 2011, Tandem has brought together more than 400 independent cultural organisations and supported the professional development of over 320 cultural managers coming from more than 160 cities and 35 countries in wider Europe.

The Tandem Programme was co-created by the European Cultural Foundation(Amsterdam) and MitOst e.V. (Berlin).
